I will try downloading it again within the next day or two. I didn't see any notification of an updated file recently but then again, it's easy to accidentally click on a file in the game list which removes the tiny notification.
I downloaded the version I have on Jan 30, 2020. field_official_version_tid=17003&field_platform_tid=138&field_language_tid=141&field_requirements_tid=All ~~~~ None of these patches will work with the GOG version, because it is already the final version. The links to the files still work (including to the very early -103835) This page lists just the English versions of all the NWN2 patches.
